With so many variables and fastener style choices, selecting the right combination of parts can sometimes be confusing. These fastener sets are designed to take the guess work out of fitting panels by combining the most common styles, materials and versatile components into simple set ups including our unique adjustable receptacle technology. Receptacles are depth adjustable to fit a variety of panel thicknesses in .015” increments for a very precise fit. They will fit 95% of common fastener applications with a minimum of calculations. Just select which fastener style you want with the strength capabilities you need, and that's it.

Please be sure to also include the appropriate drill template(s) when ordering fastener sets.
You will need them to ensure the proper hole size and spacing when mounting receptacles.
Required drill templates are listed underneath their corresponding fastener sets below.


		► 2600 Series (General Purpose) C-Lock Fastener Sets are perfect for general purpose applications such as: UAVs, Remotely Piloted Aircraft, interior panels, electronic enclosures, lighting fixtures, etc.


		► 4000 Series (Heavy Duty) C-Lock Fastener Sets should be used in applications subjected to more adverse conditions, such as: significant continuous vibration, potential impact or semi- structural loads.

2600 Series General Purpose (Light Duty) C-Lock Fastener Sets

FAA approved for aircraft use under TSO-C-148

The 2600 Series fastener sets can be used for any application with an inner flange mounting width of 3/4" or more. Distance From the Edge of the panel to the center of the fastener hole requires 9/16" min. Strength ratings are 200 pounds working load and 300 ultimate tensile strength. Weight is 7.3 grams per set. We recommend 3.5" to 4" spacing between fasteners.

Simply select the fastener set below according to your desired head style and that's it! The adjustable receptacles do the work for you. These pre-packaged fastener sets will accommodate any total material thickness from 0.010" (.254mm) up to 0.37" (9.39mm). If your thickness is outside this range, just refer to this page* and select a different stud length (dash no.). All other components stay the same. Please keep in mind that these are common setups. Many other styles, materials and options are available. We can even make special configurations according to your specifications. 4000 Series Heavy Duty C-Lock Fastener Sets

FAA approved for aircraft use under TSO-C-148

The 4000 Series fastener sets can be used for any application with an inner flange mounting width of 1.125" or more. Distance From the Edge of the panel to the center of the fastener hole requires 5/8" minimum. Strength ratings are 800 pounds working load and 1000 pounds ultimate load. Weight is 8.4 grams per set. We recommend 3.5" to 4" spacing between fasteners. Two tools are required to install the 4000 series fasteners, MS-4P3 pliers and MS-T26 retainer tool. Please see details for these tools below.

The Heavy Duty 4000 series fasteners require slightly more calculation than the 2600 series because they use a grommet in the outside panel to protect the hole from wear due to vibration and add strength to the assembly. Therefore we need to know the thickness of this outside panel to select the appropriate grommet for it.

Most 4000 series heavy duty applications will use a -2 length stud with an OS grommet and our MS245 receptacle. Therefore that is what the pre-packaged sets below contain. Under this configuration the outside panel thickness should be between .060" (1.52mm) and .095" (2.41mm) with a total material thickness (all panels added together) between .092" (2.3mm) and .343" (8.04mm). Simply select the fastener set below according to your desired head style and that's it! The adjustable depth receptacles do the rest of the work for you.

If your material thicknesses are outside this range, please use these charts* to select the appropriate grommet for the outside panel and then use the total thickness chart to pick a stud length. As you can see, the MS245 adjustable receptacle allows for one stud length to fit a wide range of total material thicknesses. So, you should be able to get a fastener set to fit your particular application with a minimum of measurements and calculations.
